With a purpose-built workshop facility, Valve Tech is able to re-engineer, repair, design and manufacture valves and valve componentry to meet any size and pressure class application.

Clients can be reassured that Valve Tech's 24/7 operations ensure that its engineering workshop and staff can assist with maintenance and critical shut-down applications at anytime, anywhere in Australia

Workshop services include:

  • NATA accredited calibration, testing and certification
  • Hydrostatic and gas testing to API, ASME, NACE & Australian Standards
  • Large capacity machining, including vertical & horizontal turning and boring
  • Internal and horizontal lapping
  • Manufacturing of components in all thermoplastics, forgings and material grades
  • Weld cladding of stellites, Inconnel & CrMo
  • Certified specialist pressure welding
  • Hydraulic bolt tensioning
  • Electric and pneumatic actuator fitting, load testing and closure testing.
  • Specialist painting and coating systems
  • Grit blasting chamber

Workshop capabilities include:

  • High-capacity materials handling, including 2 overhead gantry cranes
  • Modern forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Dedicated fleet of delivery and service vehicles
